Mom doesn't quite know what to do with Seek and
Destroy's obesession with Barbie, whom Mom finds as pink and as palatable as
Pepto Bismol. Where
did this Barbie come from anyway? And does society effect her more than she
effects society? . Barbie-fan or not, what
every girl needs to obliterate from her vocabulary

their first words was "Cheeeeeeeeeeeeez!" because I'd do a 'Wallace' everytime
I said the word.
Their mommy tapes Pistas de Blue off the local
Spanish telemundo station for them, and although they have English Blue's
Clues tapes Kilory asks to watch it in "panish."

A fisherman and his wife had twin sons. One of the boys would always turn towards
the sea, while the other boy would always face inland.
"Let's call the boys Toward and Away," suggested the fisherman. His wife agreed.
One day the man and his sons set sail for a three month voyage.
The three months passed but no ship.
Three whole years passed before the grieving woman saw her husband approaching
the house alone. "My goodness! What has happened to my darling boys?" she cried.
"We were just barely one whole day out to see when Toward hooked into a great
fish. Toward fought long and hard, but the fish was more than his equal and
Toward was pulled over the side of our ship. He was swallowed whole."
"What a horrible fish," she cried. "What a horrible fish."
"Yes, it was, but you should have seen the one that got Away..."
