Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Habari Gani Kwanzaa
Although Thanksgiving and Christmas ARE the reason why Halloween/Oktoberfest is my favorite holiday (see Oktoberfest's Top Ten List).

Here at Eeyore's Thistle Patch we celebrate St. Patrick's Day with zeal; Valentine's Day with post-marked Valentines from Valentine, Texas; Easter with tree planting and the biggest Pooh Easter eggs anywhere; Memorial Day with Remembering with Respect and Gratitude ;

birthdays with the Disaster Area Birthday Song ; Halloween with dressing up; Hanukkah with latkes; Kwanzaa with green, red and black food; New Year's Day with the Rose Parade and King Cake for my birthday breakfast whenever I can prod my family into it; Thanksgiving with gingerbread; and, Christmas with more gingerbread, The Nutcracker and The Mouse King, and a lights extravaganza that's embarassing.
